We have a visitor today! Solange Champion from Elansol is sharing a very simple and quick exercise to relax during summertime (and beyond).
It’s the perfect opportunity to learn how to take short breaks and to recharge your batteries in no time. It’s also the opportunity to meet Solange and her work. You are in good hands!

My WORK
I’ve been a relaxation therapist since 1995 and I guide children and people on their journey towards well-being and self-fulfillment. I want to help people to reveal their beautiful energy, to soar and shine in their everyday life.
I run various courses: relaxology (approved by the International Federation of Relaxology), relaxation for children and teenagers, counsellor for stress management and relaxation. I also offer various services relating to relaxation and personal development.
Well-being may be reached through welcoming and respecting your Self, your vulnerabilities, in your everyday life, in your relationships and also in your work. This is why I extended my practice to the business world where I offer courses and workshops about professional efficiency and personal development, as well as career management.
MY NEWS
I’ve been working on 2 projects:
> The hummingbird space
It’s a 6 modules programme about meditation and personal development to help you to:
- take a break and learn how to meditate.
- focus on yourself and learn how to take a better care of yourself.
- discuss and share.
- progress with a group, accomplish your projects and find a considerate and kind community.
> The « Crois en toi » album
It’s an album with relaxations in French for children. This collaboration with Damien Dubois is now available on Itunes and people will be able to find it in stores in September.
SUMMER IN THE CHINESE TRADITIONAL MEDICINE
The heart is the organ of the summer season in the Chinese traditional medicine. Take care of your heart and make it beat to the rhythm of the season.
Summer is the season when you should move in the morning and it’s when energy exercises find their full expression. You can walk of course but you can also take short energy refilling breaks.

THE FLUCHAIRE METHOD
What about napping in the shade under a tree? Take a short break with the Fluchaire method.
- Close your eyes and visualize an indigo night for 10 to 30 seconds.
That’s it! These short breaks will block all the external stimulations. They will not only help to find silence inside of you but also regenerate the retinal pigments and massage the cortex.
HAVE FUN!
Summertime is filled with meetups, joy, laughter, music and dance. It’s a relaxed time – let the joy flow! Take care of your fundamental need to socialize, to meet new people and to communicate.
We wish you a relaxed and joyful summer!
